Hi, I’m Ed
I started my real estate career without capital, income, or available bank credit. However, I quickly established credit with successful commercial real estate deals and amassed a portfolio of property that has evolved over the years with more than 100 different property holdings in a total of six States. Most of my real estate activities have taken place in the City of St. Louis and I’ve specialized in turning around distressed retail property.

My Other Interests
I’m an adventurer that loves to explore the great outdoors, new countries and cities, as well as uncharted areas of knowledge. My intellectual prowess seems to keep me inspired to do more, be more, and give more to the people I love and world I live in. I like getting out in and on the water fishing, swimming, snorkeling, boating, canoeing, kayaking, skiing and sightseeing. I like to hit the beach, ride the waves, and entertain my guests by going to concerts, movies, sports events, theatre, festivals, and many other types of events. I like to get together with friends and family at parties and dinner engagements.
Recently I took up what I call a Paleo lifestyle, which is basically a Paleo Diet + other routines that enhance my well-being. It’s a bit more complicated that I care to share here, but I have a passion to help others achieve greater happiness and humanness with a full Paleo Lifestyle Program combined with Buddhist principles. A regimen that is good for the mind, body and soul.
I grew up in a German Catholic community in the City of Saint Louis, Missouri though my nationalities include German, Lithuanian, Spanish, American Indian and possibly others. You could say that I’m a typical American citizen that was born and raised in the United States.
I’m a middle aged male that works and plays hard. I have achieved a degree of financial success as a genuine entrepreneur that has been involved in many business ventures, and I continue to pursue new ventures due to my desire to be constructive in a world that needs our attention. I value people by constantly improving my relationships, the quality of our lives and the quality of life in the world we share.
I look forward to making new friends and relationships that are meaningful, fun and constructive. My door is open and everyone is a friend until they prove me wrong.
